Here's what will happen when OC is dismantled. ★ People will lose all the protections they had under OC. ★ Kids under 26 will have to buy their health insurance/ ★ No more life time max, $100,000 is it. Which means if your cancer treatment costs $200,000 you pay for it OOP. ★ Millions of cancellation notices will be sent out the other way, for those who signed up or want to sign up with new OC in place now. ★ Pre-existing conditions will be excluded from coverage. ★ Millions of poor people will have their guarantees of HC under state and fed exchanges will be taken away from them. Now they are even more screwed. ★ Rate increases will go back to original arbitrary way meaning no more scrutiny of insurance rates.
